INTRODUCTION The Township of Leeds and The Thousand Islands (the “Township”) is seeking Bids from Consulting firms to supply architectural and engineering Services for Adaptive Re-Use of the Seeley’s Bay Community Hall. The contract is expected to be established in the spring of 2025 with anticipated construction being completed in 2026 as noted in Part 3 (“Scope of Work”) of this RFP For additional details on the Scope of Work, please review Part 3 of this RFP. |
