The Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by Local Authority Services (LAS), Complete Purchasing Services Cooperative (CPS), Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace (OECM), Kinetic GPO, and Police Cooperative Purchasing Group (PCPG) between Jan 1 and Dec 31, 2025.
