Our Municipality procures goods, services and construction according to Bylaw 21-039 Procurement Policy. Traditional paper bidding has proven to be inefficient and costly to contractors, the municipality and taxpayers. The electronic bidding process for becoming a vendor/supplier is fair, open, and transparent and we welcome the opportunity to partner with you! The Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by Local Authority Services (LAS), Complete Purchasing Services Cooperative (CPS), Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace (OECM), Kinetic GPO, and Police Cooperative Purchasing Group (PCPG) between Jan 1 and Dec 31, 2025.
