Description: 

From time to time the Township requires the services of various trades/services to assist in the completion of narrow-scope assignments or to support the general operation of the Municipality.

With the goal of developing a roster, the Township is inviting qualified trades to submit Quotations, detailing available services and providing hourly rates for various personnel and equipment, as well as mileage information, if applicable.

Supply of Trades - for the year April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 

Applicable trades/services include, but are not limited to:

  • Appliance Service
  • Carpentry (rough/finish)
  • Commercial Doors
  • Commercial Generator Repair & Maintenance
  • Electrical
  • Flooring
  • HVAC
  • Locksmith
  • Masonry
  • Painting (interior/exterior)
  • Plumbing
  • Roofing
  • Streetlight Repair
  • Welding

Quoted prices are to remain in effect until March 31, 2025, unless otherwise stated by the Township.
