| Description: |
The Corporation of the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands is a lower-tier municipality located along the St. Lawrence River between Kingston and Brockville. The predominantly rural Township encompasses a large geographic area of approximately 612 square kilometres with a population of approximately 9,500. Residents are served by over 300 kilometres of roadways under local jurisdiction. The Township invites qualified vendors to submit Proposals for the removal of the existing system and supply, installation and set-up of a new fleet fuel management and control system. Any documentation submitted with respect to this tender will be subjected to the Municipal Freedom of Information Act and Protection of Privacy Act. Proposals, signed by the Bidder’s authorized representative and enclosed in an envelope, must be received by the Issuing Office, no later than 4:00 p.m., local time, as recorded on the time clock located in the Township Administration office (which time will be deemed to be taken as conclusive of the time), on Friday, September 27, 2019. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be considered. |
